2. Services Provided

3. Booking & Payment Rules

All bookings require 50% advance payment via bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank transfer for confirmation.
The remaining 50% must be paid directly to the girl at the time of the meeting.
Once the advance is paid, the booking is confirmed and non-refundable except in exceptional cases (girl unavailable, natural calamity, etc.).
Cancellations must be informed at least 4 hours before the scheduled time. Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the advance.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any client without explanation.

4. Client Responsibilities

You must treat our escort girls with respect and dignity.
Any form of misbehavior, violence, forced acts, or disrespect will result in immediate termination of the service and blacklisting.
Clients are responsible for providing a safe and private location (hotel room, resort, or private apartment).
No audio/video recording is allowed without prior written consent from both parties.
Illegal activities (drugs, alcohol abuse leading to violence, etc.) are strictly prohibited.

5. Girl’s Responsibilities & Limitations

All girls are independent or agency-verified adults.
Services are provided based on mutual agreement between the client and the girl.
Girls have the right to refuse any act they are uncomfortable with.
Time starts from the moment the girl arrives at the location.
Extra services (if any) must be discussed and agreed upon directly with the girl.

6. Privacy & Confidentiality

We take your privacy very seriously. All personal information and booking details are kept strictly confidential.
However, we are not responsible for any breach caused by the client’s own actions (e.g., sharing details publicly).

7. Limitation of Liability

RentsGirl.com acts only as an intermediary between clients and escort girls.
We are not responsible for any disputes, disagreements, or incidents that occur between the client and the girl during the meeting.
We do not guarantee 100% satisfaction as services depend on mutual chemistry and agreement.
In no event shall RentsGirl.com be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly forbidden:

Requesting services from anyone under 18 years
Sharing or publishing girls’ photos/videos without permission
Harassing or blackmailing girls or our team
Using our services for any illegal purpose

Violation of these rules will result in permanent ban and possible legal action.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
